Substation

Where the Grid Connects

Transmission lines move power. Substations make it usable, controllable, and ready to move to the next point in the network.

We provide end-to-end EPC services for substations, covering design, engineering, supply, civil works, erection, testing, commissioning, and grid integration.

Our experience extends across both conventional substations and renewable energy evacuation substations, supporting projects that connect generation assets to the wider transmission network.

We have executed both Air Insulated Substations (AIS) and Gas Insulated Substations (GIS), along with SCADA monitoring systems designed to meet speci c customer and project requirements.

Our substation EPC capabilities extend from 66 kV to 220 kV.

We are also accredited as a licensed contractor with a state transmission utility in Gujarat, authorising us to execute high-voltage substation projects up to 220 kV.

During the last three scal years, we have successfully completed more than 14 substation EPC projects.

From the first engineering drawing to the final commissioning activity, our teams manage the project as one connected responsibility.

Because a substation is not just another project milestone. It is a critical point in the grid.

Designing Layout

Our engineering team develops detailed transmission line layouts based on survey data, terrain analysis, and technical specifications. The design ensures optimal alignment, structural stability, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Foundation Work

Strong and precise foundations are constructed to support transmission towers under varying terrain and load conditions. Our teams ensure proper excavation, reinforcement, and concrete works to guarantee long-term structural reliability.

Material & Equipment Procurement

We procure high-quality materials and equipment—including towers, conductors, insulators, and hardware—from approved vendors. Every component is selected and delivered in accordance with project specifications and industry quality standards.

Erection

Transmission towers and related structures are erected with precision using advanced equipment and skilled manpower. The process is carried out following strict safety protocols and engineering guidelines.

Testing

Comprehensive mechanical and electrical testing is performed to verify the integrity and performance of the transmission system. This ensures that all components meet required technical and operational standards.

Commissioning

Upon successful testing, the transmission line is commissioned and integrated into the grid. This final stage ensures the system operates efficiently, delivering reliable power transmission for long-term network performance.
